Stage one is complete and included the reconfiguration of the internal ground floor layout to provide a more efficient and modernised use of space. Stage two has received planning approval and includes restoration of the building externally to return it to its original intent, particularly where visible from the street, while improving the usability of the dwelling by undertaking internal first floor reconfigurations and external alterations at the rear.
