A five townhouse development on a small underutilised property with great potential at the south-west edge of Cremorne, adjacent the “Nylex Clock” Silos. The building has been designed to present as a unified single building with easily identifiable addresses for each house, this allows the occupants to take pride in the building as a whole. The design creates a well needed interface between the industrial silos buildings and the modest residential streetscapes of the adjoining area.
